Plaintiff TRT Telecommunications Corp. ("TRT") seeks to enjoin the arbitration of a labor dispute with its employees' union, defendant Local 111, arising out of the sale of a TRT operation located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, known as the "Phone Room."
