This personal injury case arose as a result of Thomas W. Lowrimore's (Lowrimore) slipping and falling in a Fast Fare Store. From a jury award for Lowrimore, Fast Fare appeals. We affirm.

FACTS

Lowrimore is a right leg, above-the-knee amputee who walks with crutches. On the day of the injury, Lowrimore arrived at the Fast Fare between 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.; he went there...
