BROWN, P.J.

Robert and Kathleen Winkel appeal from an order dismissing their complaint, brought in January of 1988, for failure to a state a claim upon which relief can be granted. On appeal, they contend that the trial court erred in holding that a commonlaw negligence claim cannot be founded upon an alleged violation by a production credit association (PCA) of its own internal lending policies. We agree that such policies do not create a duty owed to PCA's customers...
