On January 16, 1987, Pamela Kaye Clark (defendant) pleaded guilty in the circuit court of McLean County to aggravated battery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 38, par. 12-4(b)(6)) and part of her sentence provided for 30 months' probation. Subsequently, this probation was revoked and, on February 7, 1989, defendant was sentenced to a new term of 30 months' probation with no credit for prior probation...
