The plaintiffs below, Bonnie and Dennis Adams, brought a civil action alleging a breach of an implied warranty of habitability in regard to a mobile home they had rented from the defendant, James Gaylock. The plaintiffs subsequently were granted leave to file an amended complaint which alleged a retaliatory eviction and the intentional infliction of emotional distress as additional grounds for relief.
