ORDER

This matter coming before the Court on an order to show cause why ARTHUR B. KRAMER of UNION should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined, and said ARTHUR B. KRAMER having failed to appear before this Court on the return date of said order to show cause, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the report of the Disciplinary Review Board recommending that ARTHUR B. KRAMER be disbarred is hereby adopted...
