Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from an order of the Van Buren Circuit Court denying plaintiff's motion to compel discovery in a paternity action. Plaintiff was seeking answers to interrogatories concerning defendant's financial situation for purposes of establishing the amount of defendant's support obligation. We reverse.
