This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to set aside a default judgment entered as a sanction for failure to comply with a discovery order. Additionally, the law firm which represented the party against whom the default was taken has appealed from an order denying its motion to intervene in the trial court. We reverse and remand for the purpose of having the trial court conduct an evidentiary hearing as required...
