Paul E. Lundgren appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict against him in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County (Cave, J.) in favor of the appellee, Ferno-Washington Co., Inc. Appellant sought damages for an injury he received when a cart which he was using to transport a copy machine collapsed.
