Linda Paustian et al. (appellants) appeal a Philadelphia County Common Pleas Court order1 granting a motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, the City of Philadelphia and the Department of Revenue (appellees). We affirm.
