The trial court in granting post-decree relief sought by respondent, credited respondent with amounts by which she reduced the homestead mortgage principal from the time of the final dissolution hearing and required that appellant bear responsibility for half the cost of capital improvements made to the homestead by respondent after the parties' dissolution and without appellant's agreement.
