Seymore Trammell appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Reinhardt Motors, Inc. ("Reinhardt"). Trammell sued Reinhardt on theories of negligence and breach of contract; the lawsuit arose from the bailment of an automobile owned by Trammell and stolen from Reinhardt's premises.
