The Debtor in this case, Steven L. Horwitz ("Debtor"), brings this Motion to Dismiss Two Actions to Determine Dischargeability of Debts scheduled by Debtor. The first action, brought by Microtech International, Inc. ("Microtech") is based upon four checks issued by Debtor to Microtech, totaling $20,804.45. These checks were subsequently dishonored.
