This case is before the Court upon the appeal of Jeannine Molisee from the August 15, 1988, dismissal order of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, which dismissed appellant's appeal of a prior magistrate's order due to her failure to appear for trial, and reinstated the magistrate's order to euthanize appellant's dog.
