Keane (Keane) appeals an order of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, denying his appeal from a one year suspension of his driver's license imposed by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for violating Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547, by refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test.
