Plaintiff and her attorney, Mark M. Bello, appeal as of right from an order granting defendant Sears, Roebuck and Company's motion for an award of sanctions against them, jointly and severally, pursuant to MCR 2.114(E). Plaintiff and her attorney were ordered to pay $2,400 to defendant. We affirm.
