Respondent Robert Zelzack appeals as of right from the November 9, 1988, probate court order terminating his parental rights to his minor child, Lou Ann Zelzack, born January 7, 1986. Respondent mother, Barbara Zelzack, voluntarily requested that her parental rights be terminated and she has not appealed the termination order.
