MOELLER, Justice.
JURISDICTION
Defendant was convicted of sexual assault and criminal trespass. He moved for a new trial, contending that the court's method of designating alternate jurors violated Rule 18.5(h), Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure. The trial court denied the motion and defendant appealed. The court of appeals reversed and remanded for a new trial.
