Patapsco Associates Limited Partnership ("Patapsco") appeals from an order of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County which granted the appellees', William Gurany and W. Gurany and Company, Inc. (referred to collectively as "Gurany"), motion to dismiss Patapsco's complaint, with prejudice, due to Patapsco's failure to adhere to the 30 day time constraints under Md. Rule 2-326(c).
