After a nine year journey this case may finally be reaching resolution. Presently before the Court is Collins & Aikman's (C & A) second motion for summary judgment on defendant Stratton Industries's (Stratton) counterclaim for antitrust violations.1 The history of this litigation is complex and protracted.
