This is a petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

The prisoner, Peter Grassia, is now serving a sentence of 15 years to life upon his plea of guilty to participating in the arson murder of two subway token booth clerks in New York City during the winter of 1979. His principal claim is that he entered his plea because his lawyer told him that a secret arrangement had been agreed...
