This matter is presently before the court upon plaintiff's motion to alter or amend pursuant to F.R.Civ.P. 59(e). On October 5, 1989, the court granted summary judgment to the defendants. We held that plaintiff was precluded from bringing this Title VII retaliation action based on the doctrine of collateral estoppel.
