In this action under Section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18, the United States seeks to enjoin a proposed joint venture between Jackson Jordan, Inc. and Ivaco, Inc., through its subsidiary Canron Industries, two manufacturers of automatic tampers.
