In this employment discrimination case, the plaintiff has filed an amended complaint in which his First and Second Claims are based exclusively on Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., while his Third and Fourth Claims are based on Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
