PER CURIAM.

William Ruiz-Vargas appeals from his conviction and sentence following a guilty plea to one count of conspiring to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). We affirm.

On December 17, 1987, Ruiz-Vargas was indicted on one count of conspiring to distribute cocaine, one count of using a telephone to facilitate a conspiracy to distribute cocaine, one count of traveling in interstate commerce to carry out the conspiracy...
