Defendant, Sheldon Karabell, M.D. ("Dr. Karabell"), a resident of Huntington Valley, Pennsylvania, moves to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
