The plaintiff, Anthony Willis, a former inmate of the Danville Correctional Center, has brought this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The plaintiff claims that the defendants, various corrections officials, violated the plaintiff's constitutional rights by interfering with the plaintiff's legal or privileged mail on five occasions in June, 1988.
