This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Preble County Court of Common Pleas.

Respondent-appellee, H. Steven Truitt, and petitioner-appellant, Linda L. Truitt, were married October 21, 1972. The marriage produced two children: Jason, born in 1976, and Todd, born in 1982.
