ORDER ON DEFENDANT BDP COMPANY'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This cause comes before the Court on the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant BDP Company. After review of the parties' submissions, and for the reasons set forth below, the Court now GRANTS defendant's Motion For Summary Judgment and DISMISSES this case WITH PREJUDICE.
