Plaintiff, John Charles Guillot, appeals a judgment of the trial court dismissing his suit for damages.

On July 26, 1986, John C. Guillot was arrested by the Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office on a charge of illegal use of weapons, a violation of La.R.S. 14:94.
