This is an action by the plaintiff, Inter-Com Club, Inc. for a refund of federal income taxes paid for the tax years 1982-1983, 1983-1984, and 1984-1985. Trial was held February 15-17, 1989, without a jury. Having considered the evidence and briefs, the court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.
