This matter comes before the Court to consider the motion of the plaintiffs for relief from judgment. Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b). In May 1983, Larry Flynt, Hustler Magazine, Inc. and L.F.P., Inc. filed this diversity suit against C. William Brownfield, Laurence E.
