Plaintiff Ralph Foskey, an employee of Anchor Glass, utilized a 743 DS "Bobcat"1 manufactured by defendant Clark Equipment Company to aid in the removal of "cullet," a mixture of molten and broken glass which was a by-product of a certain manufacturing process.
