The case is now before the Court for ruling on the plaintiff's motions under Fed. Rule Civ.Pro. 50 and for the framing of an injunction. At trial, the jury rendered a verdict for all defendants on the plaintiff's damages claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Bivens v.
