Defendant AT & T Information Systems ("AT & T-IS") has moved pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P., for summary judgment to dismiss the age discrimination complaint filed by plaintiff Roy Morser ("Morser"), a 58 year old employee laid off during AT & T-IS's massive 24,000 employee reduction-in-force during 1985 and 1986.
