This is an appeal from a decision of the Superior Court, after a bench trial, awarding judgment for a retrospective premium on workmen's compensation insurance. The Superior Court ruled that the insurance carrier, Twin City Fire Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Hartford Fire Insurance Company ("Hartford"), was entitled to recover the sum of $48,617 from the defendant, Corrado Brothers, Inc. ("Corrado")...
