On Saturday evening, April 12, 1986, an Egged bus was making its regularly scheduled run through various Israeli suburban communities located on the West Bank en route to its ultimate destination, Tel Aviv. The passengers using the bus on a Saturday evening would be Israeli settlers from these communities who were going to work, to visit friends and family, to the movies, or perhaps even to synagogue...
