Defendant, Benjamin Lee was charged with armed robbery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. Lee initially entered a not guilty plea, later withdrew the plea and pled guilty as charged reserving his right to appeal the trial court's rulings on his motions to suppress evidence and identification.
