Plaintiff appeals the dismissal of this personal injury suit after the trial court found in favor of the defendant. We affirm.

This case arises out of an accident which occurred during a recreational softball game at City Park in New Orleans between faculty, staff and residents from Tulane Medical School on June 2, 1985.
