This is an interpleader action removed from state court. Presently pending are motions for summary judgment filed by each of the remaining claimants to the proceeds of a promissory note, the United States (hereinafter "the government") Tompkins Printing Equipment Company ("Tompkins"), and Paul Borock ("the trustee").
