This appeal presents for review whether or not the trial court was correct in making an award of damages for breach of contract.

Toce Oil Company, Inc. (hereinafter Toce) filed a suit for damages, based upon an alleged breach of an oil and gas turnkey drilling contract, against Great Southern Oil & Gas Company, Inc.
