The instant case is before us on petitioners' Motion to Vacate Order of Dismissal. On May 25, 1989, the Court entered an Order and Decision which, inter alia, dismissed the instant case for failure to comply with an order compelling discovery (Rule 104(c)2) and for failure properly to prosecute (Rule 123(b)).
