David and Phyllis Moss appeal from an order denying their motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of Allstate Insurance Company. We find there exists a genuine issue of material fact and reverse that part of the order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, and remand for further proceedings.
