Lavaca County Appraisal District, appellee, brought suit against Willie Flowers for delinquent ad valorem taxes on two automobiles for certain years between 1980 and 1986, and for taxes becoming delinquent thereafter until the date of judgment, and asserted a lien on the automobiles to secure payment of the taxes.
