This is an age discrimination case. Plaintiff James N. Perry (hereinafter "Perry") filed the present action against his former employer, Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. (hereinafter "Pru-Bache"), alleging that he was unlawfully terminated in violation of the Age Discrimination In Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (hereinafter "ADEA").
