Plaintiff-appellee, Jane Dee Hammers Grovenburg, moves to dismiss the appeal of defendant-appellant, Bruce Aaron Grovenburg, on the grounds that the appeal has been taken untimely and that the appellant has sought an appeal of a non-appealable judgment.
