Plaintiff, Joseph H. Gaffney, Jr. filed suit against defendants seeking worker's compensation benefits for an injury sustained during the course and scope of his employment. Plaintiff also sought penalties and attorney fees for arbitrary termination of benefits. The trial court found plaintiff to be temporarily totally disabled and awarded benefits.
