Manfred Lewis Estes appeals pro se from the District Court's1 denial of his motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We remand for an evidentiary hearing on his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. In all other respects, we affirm the decision of the District Court.
