Main Hurdman—now Peat, Marwick, Main & Company—an accounting firm, brought suit against Lawrence F. Haass to recover reimbursement fees, merger acquisition costs, and other damages that allegedly resulted when Haass breached a partnership agreement with Main Hurdman.
