This is a suit by Palmer Exploration, Inc. (Palmer) and Chevron U.S.A., Inc. (Chevron) to remove as clouds upon their title certain oil, gas and mineral leases held by George S. Dennis on certain property located in Wayne County, Mississippi. Dennis has asserted a counterclaim seeking to remove as clouds upon his title to those same leases a certain unrecorded assignment and farmout agreement executed...
